The service is great and shipping was much cheaper than having it shipped to South Korea directly. However, I really didn't understand the whole process since this was my first time using this company. The website is so basic and I understood that I needed to fill out a delivery request form, but didn't know what to do once you received my package. I had to email customer service because I assumed I would just be told a price and then I would pay it. Too many steps with making me "buy" the box size. Kinda complicated process.

I really love this service! I upload my Customs ID from Korea and my packages sail through customs with no hassle. I like that they hold multiple packages and consolidate to help save space.
