Please make sure that all future orders are shipped to the new address.
we would be able to receive shipments at the old address through the end of this month (01/31 2020).
So for those of you that already placed an order and filled out the delivery request form, you don’t have to worry about your package as we will pick up it ourselves and proceed with the shipment to Korea.
However, if orders are delivered to the old address starting from FABRUARY 2020 and onward, we might not be able to retrieve your shipment.
So please make sure that all your new orders are shipped to the new address
Also, when you are filling out your order on Amazon.com or other retailers, you might mistakenly use the previous address saved in the address book. So please remember to update your address book to the new address.
